数据说明
该数据集是一项用于预测原发性自身免疫性溶血性贫血（AIHA）患者缓解后复发风险的医学研究数据集。数据来源于2017年5月至2022年5月在西南医科大学附属医院和叙永县人民医院就诊的原发性AIHA病例，共包含232例患者的回顾性临床数据。数据集分析了包括直接抗人球蛋白试验（DAT）结果、血红蛋白（Hb）水平、多线治疗方案、是否并发免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）以及是否并发感染等22个临床特征，并利用LASSO回归和多变量逻辑回归构建了预测模型。研究通过C指数、校准曲线、ROC曲线和决策曲线分析（DCA）评估了模型的区分度、校准度、准确性和临床有效性。该数据集主要用于机器学习在血液病预后预测、临床风险模型构建以及AIHA个体化治疗策略支持等领域的研究与应用。
