数据说明
该数据集来源于已发表文章《乳腺多形性腺瘤与黏液表皮样癌由融合基因驱动》中生成和分析的数据。数据集包含组织学图像、RNA测序数据、Archer FusionPlex测序数据、Sanger测序数据以及荧光原位杂交数据，用于研究乳腺原发多形性腺瘤和黏液表皮样癌是否与其唾液腺对应肿瘤一样由融合基因驱动。数据来源于纪念斯隆-凯特琳癌症中心病理档案库的福尔马林固定石蜡包埋组织样本，经机构审查委员会批准并匿名化处理。该数据集主要用于乳腺肿瘤分子病理学、融合基因检测等研究方向。
