Current risk stratification is largely based on TNMB staging, few research investigated the prognostic value of clinical exams. 数据说明
该数据集是一项回顾性临床研究，旨在分析晚期蕈样肉芽肿（MF）和Sézary综合征（SS）的预后因素及治疗结局，这两种疾病占皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤诊断的一半以上。数据集包含2013年至2023年在北京协和医院确诊的92例MF/SS患者的临床资料，涵盖年龄、白细胞计数、血清乳酸脱氢酶、β2-微球蛋白、TNM分期等临床指标，以及免疫调节治疗、化疗、组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂等不同治疗方案的效果。研究通过Cox回归和Kaplan-Meier分析，识别了与总生存期和无进展生存期相关的预后因素，并比较了不同治疗方案的疗效。该数据集主要用于皮肤淋巴瘤的预后评估、治疗策略优化及临床研究参考。
