数据说明
该数据集是一项关于转化性淋巴瘤的单中心回顾性研究数据集，转化性淋巴瘤是指惰性淋巴瘤转变为更具侵袭性的淋巴瘤，通常预后较差。数据集包含35例转化性淋巴瘤患者的临床、病理及基因组数据，这些患者来源于306例边缘区淋巴瘤（MZL）、544例滤泡性淋巴瘤（FL）以及871例慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤（CLL/SLL）病例。研究内容涵盖免疫表型分析、预后因素评估、生存率统计，并对7例转化性MZL进行了全外显子测序。数据揭示了从惰性淋巴瘤诊断到转化为弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的中位时间、生存率情况，以及涉及染色质重塑和NF-κB信号通路的基因突变特征。该数据集主要用于淋巴瘤转化机制、预后标志物识别及个体化治疗策略的研究。
