数据说明
该数据集来源于一项在重症监护病房进行的开放随机对照临床试验，旨在评估早期（发病24小时内）通过鼻胃管和鼻空肠管进行营养支持对具有严重急性胰腺炎预测因素患者的疾病进程和预后的影响。数据集包含64名符合APACHE II>8、CRP>150 mg/l、SOFA>2等预测标准的患者的临床数据。研究采用信封法随机分组，并在前5天使用富含膳食纤维的标准聚合物营养混合物进行干预，同时记录患者的耐受情况。数据可用于探索急性胰腺炎的营养支持策略、疾病预后影响因素以及重症监护中的临床营养管理研究。
