数据说明
该数据集来源于一项针对自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）患者健康相关生活质量的研究，通过问卷调查收集了患者、慢性丙型肝炎患者及健康对照者的生活质量数据。数据包括265名自身免疫性肝炎患者、88名慢性丙型肝炎患者和97名健康受试者的信息，使用日本版慢性肝病问卷和36项简短健康调查进行评估。数据集涵盖了患者背景、疾病状态（如肝硬化、合并症）、治疗情况（如泼尼松使用）及其与生活质量评分的关联。研究揭示了自身免疫性肝炎患者生活质量受损，与疾病进展、合并症及治疗相关，主要应用于肝病学研究和临床生活质量评估，为改善患者护理提供依据。
