Died: If patient died or not during observation
Time_arrival_deathdischarge: Time from arrival at hospital until death or discharge in hours
Age: Patient age
SBP: Patient systolic blood pressure at first survey
GCS Patient Glasgow coma scale score at first survey
HR: Patient heart rate at first survey
Transferred: If patient was transferred from other hospital, yes or no
Surgical_category: Category according to NOMESCO classification of surgical procedures (A-Q, W= uncategorizable)
- Multiple letters indicates that multiple procedures were performed, in which cases the first letter is the main surgery’'s category
- NA indicates that no surgery was performed
