数据说明
该数据集来源于一项多中心随机对照试验，旨在评估快速上颌扩弓（Rapid Maxillary Expansion, RME）对非唇腭裂及双侧唇腭裂患儿听力与嗓音功能的影响。数据集包含53名患者（26名非唇腭裂，27名双侧唇腭裂，平均年龄11.1±1.8岁）的临床数据，数据内容涵盖纯音测听、鼓室导抗图（在治疗前、扩弓后、三个月及六个月四个时间点采集）以及嗓音参数分析（使用PRAAT软件在治疗前和三个月时采集）。数据通过前瞻性试验收集，采用方差分析和事后检验进行统计分析。该数据集主要用于口腔正畸学、耳鼻喉科学及语音病理学领域，研究上颌扩弓治疗对中耳功能、听力改善及嗓音变化的作用，为颌骨畸形与听觉-语音功能的关联提供临床证据。
