该数据集是一个针对新生儿开放性脊柱裂(spina bifida aperta, SBA)的神经影像模板集。它基于28名SBA新生儿的结构性T2加权和扩散张量磁共振成像(MRI)数据构建,平均校正胎龄为38.1±1.1周。数据集包含T2加权模板、分数各向异性模板,以及9个组织先验概率图和感兴趣区域(ROI)划分。该图谱为空间标准化和ROI解剖定义提供了标准化参考空间,主要用于神经影像分析、发育研究和临床评估。
