数据说明
该数据集源于一项探索口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）与心房颤动风险指标——心电图P波离散度（PWD）之间潜在关联的原创性临床研究。数据集包含45名OLP患者和45名年龄、性别匹配的健康对照者的12导联心电图（ECG）原始数据。通过测量所有导联的P波最大和最小持续时间，计算得出PWD值，并进行了统计分析。研究结果表明，即使无心脏症状的OLP患者，其心电图PWD也显著增加，提示炎症可能通过影响心肌电活动而增加房颤风险。该数据集主要用于口腔黏膜疾病与心血管系统关联的机制研究，以及心脏电生理风险的早期预测分析。
