数据说明
该数据集收集了2017年7月至2022年12月在大连医科大学附属第二医院确诊并接受6周期蒽环类化疗的淋巴瘤患者的临床数据，共包含366例完整病例。数据内容包括化疗前后的18F-FDG PET/CT心脏摄取模式、代谢参数（如左心室及心外膜脂肪组织的SUVmax、SUVmean）、血液检查（血常规、血脂、心脏生物标志物、LDH、ESR、ALB、β2-MG）以及心脏超声参数。数据集通过长期随访（截至2024年1月）记录了癌症治疗相关心血管毒性（CTR-CVT）的发生情况，并采用逻辑回归分析识别CTR-CVT的风险因素。该数据集主要用于研究蒽环类化疗对淋巴瘤患者心脏代谢的影响，探索PET/CT代谢参数在预测化疗诱导心脏损伤中的价值，为心血管毒性早期监测和干预提供数据支持。
