数据说明
该数据集源自一项针对口腔白斑和口腔鳞状细胞癌中金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1（TIMP-1）表达谱的研究。数据来源于2004年至2010年间巴西圣埃斯皮里图联邦大学牙科学院口腔病理解剖服务中心的病例档案，通过免疫组织化学方法检测TIMP-1在不同组织（包括上皮、基质和实质）中的表达。研究涵盖了不同级别异型增生的白斑病例和不同组织学分级的鳞状细胞癌病例，并将免疫组化结果与病变的显微特征进行对比分析。该数据集主要用于探索口腔癌变过程中基质重塑相关生物标志物的表达变化，为理解口腔癌发生机制和潜在诊断标志物提供支持。
