数据说明
该数据集是一项关于天疱疮和大疱性类天疱疮患者血清免疫球蛋白浓度的研究数据。数据集包含105名健康对照者、100名寻常型天疱疮（PV）患者、100名落叶型天疱疮患者、99名大疱性类天疱疮（BP）患者以及55名线性IgA大疱性皮病（LAD）患者的血清IgM、IgA、IgG及IgG1–4亚型的浓度测量值，通过ELISA方法测定。研究旨在探讨这些自身免疫性皮肤病患者与健康对照之间免疫球蛋白水平的差异，特别关注大疱性类天疱疮与IgG2缺乏的潜在关联，为免疫抑制治疗前的评估提供数据支持。
