数据说明
该数据集记录了头颈部癌患者在接受化疗和/或放疗后的听力学与耳声发射数据，并与健康对照组进行比较。数据集包含两个组别（研究组23名头颈部癌患者，对照组23名健康个体，年龄和性别匹配），涵盖耳镜检查、纯音听阈和高频测听、言语测听以及瞬态诱发耳声发射等多种临床听力学测试结果。数据通过横断面观察性研究收集，采用皮尔逊卡方检验、费希尔精确检验、双比例Z检验、威尔科克森检验、曼-惠特尼U检验和学生t检验等统计方法进行分析。主要应用于研究化疗/放疗的耳毒性对头颈部癌患者外周听觉系统的影响，特别关注高频听力损失，为临床听力学评估和听力保护提供数据支持。
