In our hospital service, in the last 15 years, we treated 87 pediatric patients with brainstem tumors. Of those, 24 patients (28%) had focal tumors of the brainstem, which are usually benign, indolent and permit long-term survival if treated properly. 数据说明
该数据集聚焦于儿童和青少年脑干肿瘤患者的临床治疗与生存分析。数据来源于某医院过去15年间收治的87例儿科脑干肿瘤患者，其中24例（28%）为局部脑干肿瘤（通常为良性、惰性，若治疗得当可长期生存），63例（72%）为弥漫性桥脑胶质瘤（DIPG）。数据集包含患者诊断、治疗方式及生存随访信息，显示局部肿瘤患者4年生存率达79%，而DIPG患者2年生存率仅为6%、无患者存活超过4年。该数据集可用于儿科神经肿瘤学治疗策略评估、生存预后因素分析及临床研究参考。
