源站原始描述：Lymph node metastasis (LNM) of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) rarely occurs, and lymphadenectomy is not routinely performed in GIST resection. To date, the relevant characteristics and prognosis of GIST patients with LNM are not well known.
