数据说明
该数据集是一项前瞻性队列研究，旨在探究不明原因月经过多（HMB）女性患者是否存在潜在的血小板功能缺陷。数据集包含175名月经过多患者和44名无关志愿者的临床资料，收集自英国25个血友病中心和三级妇科服务机构。数据内容包括：使用国际血栓与止血学会出血评估工具（ISTH-BAT）评估的出血史、通过Sysmex XN-1000血液分析仪测量的血小板计数、血小板大小、血红蛋白和平均红细胞体积等血液学参数，以及通过发光聚集测定和流式细胞术进行的血小板功能测试。研究发现，47%的月经过多患者存在血小板功能缺陷。该数据集主要用于研究月经过多的病理机制、血小板功能异常在出血性疾病中的作用，以及开发更精准的诊断方法。
