数据说明
该数据集聚焦于HLA-G基因3’‘-UTR区域多态性与非感染性葡萄膜炎易感性的关联研究。数据集包含147名西班牙葡萄膜炎患者的唾液样本DNA数据，通过PCR-RFLP或DNA测序技术分析了HLA-G基因3’‘-UTR区域的多态性分布，并与117名健康个体的对照队列进行比较分析。研究发现UTR-2单倍型在前葡萄膜炎患者中频率显著升高，且后葡萄膜炎患者中3142 C/G SNP的G等位基因纯合子比例更高，这两种标记均与HLA-G表达水平降低相关。该数据集为首次提供HLA-G基因3’'-UTR区域多态性参与葡萄膜炎易感性的证据，主要应用于免疫遗传学、自身炎症性疾病机制研究和眼科疾病分子诊断方向。
