数据说明
该数据集来源于一项临床研究，旨在评估高血压患者中脑微出血与血压水平之间的关联。数据集包含460名连续就诊的高血压患者（男性214人，女性246人，年龄44-96岁）的临床数据，通过磁共振成像（MRI）梯度回波T2加权序列检测脑微出血，并根据影像结果将患者分为脑微出血组和非脑微出血组。数据内容涵盖患者基本信息、血压测量值（收缩压和舒张压）、脑微出血严重程度、吸烟状况等临床特征。研究采用多因素逻辑回归分析血压与脑微出血的相关性，发现收缩压、舒张压、年龄和吸烟是脑微出血的独立危险因素，且微出血数量与高血压分级呈中度相关。该数据集主要用于脑血管病风险因素研究，特别是高血压与脑小血管病关联的探索，为高血压患者的抗压治疗提供循证依据。
