数据说明
该数据集是一项针对血液恶性肿瘤患者甲状腺状况的临床研究数据，包含82名高加索裔患者（36名女性、46名男性）与104名对照患者的甲状腺超声检查、甲状腺功能检测及甲状腺自身免疫抗体测试结果。数据来源于接受化疗但未接受头颈部放疗的血液恶性肿瘤患者（包括多发性骨髓瘤、慢性髓系白血病、慢性淋巴细胞白血病、非霍奇金淋巴瘤和真性红细胞增多症），通过对比分析患者与对照组的甲状腺形态、结节发生率、功能异常及自身免疫状态，探讨化疗对甲状腺的影响。该数据集可用于研究血液恶性肿瘤治疗中甲状腺并发症的流行病学特征、甲状腺结节与不同血液病亚型的关联，以及化疗对甲状腺自身免疫的潜在调节作用。
