数据说明
该数据集是一个回顾性医学研究数据集，旨在评估巴西Marau-RS市1至19岁儿童和青少年的血脂状况。数据集包含2016年4月至2017年7月期间272名患者的血脂检测结果，具体指标包括总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）和甘油三酯水平。研究结果显示，34.7%的患者存在高胆固醇血症，56.7%的患者HDL水平低于理想值，16%的患者LDL水平升高，16%的患者患有高甘油三酯血症。该数据集主要用于心血管疾病早期预防研究、儿童血脂异常流行病学分析以及公共卫生政策制定评估，为理解青少年动脉粥样硬化早期发展提供重要临床数据支持。
