数据说明
该数据集是一个用于糖尿病肾病（DKD）风险预测的临床研究数据集，专门针对中国2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者。数据集包含了14,628名T2DM患者的临床数据，这些患者根据3年随访期间是否发生DKD被分为DKD前期组和非DKD组。数据内容涵盖患者的人口统计学信息、实验室检查指标（如尿白蛋白/肌酐比值UACR、估算肾小球滤过率eGFR、中性粒细胞百分比等）以及临床结局。研究通过多变量逻辑回归分析构建了两个DKD风险预测模型（Model 1和Model 2），并开发了包含年龄、UACR、eGFR和中性粒细胞百分比四个独立预测因子的列线图（Nomogram）用于可视化风险评估。该数据集主要用于开发临床决策支持工具，实现早期DKD风险预测，以促进2型糖尿病患者的早期检测和干预，改善患者预后。
