数据说明

The data collection tools included here are:Quantitative tools:
OSCE examination guidelines and scoring rubrics for all the OSCE stations, for both doctors and nurses.
Qualitative tools:
Interview guides for doctors and nurses, Family Medicine Specialists, and patients. For the doctors, nurses and Family Medicine Specialists, the guides were different for pre- and post-intervention. For patients, the same guide was used.
An observation formats was used to observe the clinical practice of doctors and nurses, the same format pre- and post-intervention.
Another observation format was used for the assessment of the clinical environment
