数据说明
该数据集基于一项研究，旨在开发一种通过液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）同时定量分析血浆和羊水中多种鞘脂类生物标志物的方法。数据集包含来自患者、其他先天性代谢异常患者及对照组的血浆样本（共349例），以及来自非免疫性胎儿水肿和正常妊娠的羊水样本（共92例）。数据内容涉及鞘脂类物质的浓度测量，用于筛查法布里病、戈谢病、克拉伯病、尼曼-匹克病A/B型及C型、GM1和GM2神经节苷脂沉积症等多种鞘脂沉积症。该数据集通过验证诊断性能，为这些疾病的快速、高灵敏度筛查提供了新的诊断策略工具。
