数据说明
该数据集针对先天性心脏病中的大动脉转位（TGA）患者，研究其气道纤毛功能障碍与呼吸道症状的关联。数据集包含75例孤立性TGA患者（28%为L-TGA，72%为D-TGA）的临床评估数据，通过两种检测方法评估气道纤毛功能：鼻腔一氧化氮（nNO）测量和鼻刮片视频显微镜检查以评估纤毛运动。研究发现29%患者nNO水平低，57%患者纤毛运动异常，22%同时存在两种异常。数据还记录了呼吸道症状评估结果，并排除了原发性纤毛运动障碍和囊性纤维化的基因突变。该数据集适用于研究先天性心脏病患者呼吸系统并发症、气道清除功能障碍机制以及术后肺部并发症风险预测。
