数据说明
该数据集旨在研究脑小血管病（CSVD）与原发性脑出血（ICH）患者不良血肿形态之间的关联。数据收集自2012年3月至2021年1月期间在四川大学华西医院连续收治的原发性脑出血患者。数据集包含患者的临床信息、影像学特征及血肿形态评估指标，如血肿内低密度区、不规则形态、黑洞征、混杂征、Barras评分等。研究采用多变量逻辑回归、有序回归及无监督机器学习方法，分析CSVD（如白质高信号）与不良血肿形态特征（如综合血肿形态评分CHMS）之间的相关性。结果表明较低的CSVD负担可能与较高的不良血肿形态发生率相关。该数据集适用于脑出血影像分析、脑血管病临床关联研究及机器学习在神经影像中的应用。
