数据说明
该数据集基于美国SEER数据库，包含6772例经组织学诊断的骨肉瘤患者和24378例软组织肉瘤患者的临床资料。数据集旨在比较肢体挽救手术与截肢术对肢体骨与软组织肉瘤患者生存预后的影响，通过Kaplan-Meier法、Log-rank检验、Cox回归模型、倾向评分匹配分析和界标分析等方法，评估了总体生存率、癌症特异性生存率及非肉瘤生存率。研究结果表明，除尤文肉瘤和恶性外周神经鞘瘤外，肢体挽救手术可改善大多数亚型患者的预后，尤其在无远处转移的亚组中，对骨肉瘤、尤文肉瘤和平滑肌肉瘤患者的癌症特异性生存有积极影响。该数据集适用于肿瘤外科、临床预后研究和医疗决策支持等领域。
