数据说明
该数据集是一项针对银屑病（PsO）及其相关关节炎（PsA）的遗传学研究，聚焦炎症相关基因的多态性分析。数据集包含来自丹麦的480名银屑病患者（其中151名患有长期孤立性皮肤银屑病PsC10）和459名银屑病关节炎患者，以及795名健康对照组的基因型数据。研究通过候选基因方法，分析了37个炎症调节基因中的53个单核苷酸多态性（SNPs），并利用逻辑回归评估了这些遗传变异与银屑病、孤立性皮肤银屑病及银屑病关节炎的关联性。主要发现包括IL12B和TNF基因中的SNPs与银屑病易感性相关，但未发现与孤立性皮肤银屑病或银屑病关节炎特异性相关的遗传标记。该数据集适用于遗传学、免疫学和皮肤病学研究，尤其有助于探索银屑病及其并发症的遗传机制。
