源站原始描述：OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the combined treatment of ear lobe keloids. METHODS: We studied 46 consecutive patients with 81 ear lobe keloids. Patients underwent local infiltration of triamcinolone acetonide (TCN) at concentrations of 40mg/ml (Group 1), 20 mg/ml (Group 2) and 10mg/ml (Group 3).
