该数据集是一项针对喉部晚期（T3/T4期）非声门型鳞状细胞癌的回顾性临床研究数据集，通过免疫组织化学方法分析血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达水平，并探讨其与颈部淋巴结转移之间的相关性。数据集包含15例晚期喉癌病例的临床病理信息及VEGF免疫反应性评分（采用德国免疫反应性评分标准），其中4例存在颈部淋巴结转移。研究结果表明，尽管部分病例中VEGF表达阳性，但未发现其表达与颈部淋巴结转移存在显著相关性。该数据集主要用于肿瘤生物学、癌症转移机制及喉癌预后标志物研究，为头颈肿瘤的分子病理学分析提供数据支持。
