数据说明
该数据集来源于一项基于台湾全民健康保险研究数据库的回顾性队列研究，涵盖1997年至2010年间接受腺样体扁桃体切除术（AT）的患者数据。数据集包含手术发生率、手术指征（感染性、阻塞性、肿瘤性）、患者年龄、性别、医院等级及参保地区等临床与流行病学变量。研究采用逻辑回归分析探究了手术指征变化的相关因素，发现成人组中年龄、儿童组中医院等级是影响指征变化的重要因素。该数据集主要用于耳鼻喉科手术流行病学、临床决策因素分析及医疗资源评估研究。
