数据说明

摘要 共济失调被定义为随意运动协调性的缺乏，由多种因素引起。共济失调可根据发病年龄和类型（慢性或急性）进行分类。致病性病变涉及小脑及其连接。正确、恰当地使用神经影像学，特别是磁共振成像，可以使诊断相对直接，并促进适当的临床管理实施。本图解文章的目的是根据从一家三级护理医院档案中获得的病例，描述共济失调的影像学发现，并回顾最重要的发现。我们还讨论并回顾了与共济失调相关的肿瘤性疾病、畸形、退行性疾病和遗传性疾病的影像学方面。
