该数据集是一项回顾性多中心研究，基于2010年法国RRePS网络的前瞻性数据库，旨在分析软组织与内脏肉瘤、胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）和侵袭性纤维瘤病在诊断中的不一致类型及其经济影响。数据集包含2,425名患者的临床与病理信息，通过比较集中组织学审查前后的诊断差异，评估了诊断不一致的发生率、预测因素，并采用决策树模型分析了两种疾病管理策略（基于集中审查的诊断与未集中审查的诊断）在12个月内的预期成本。研究结果表明，约14%的患者存在诊断不一致，主要涉及良性肿瘤被误诊为肉瘤或非肉瘤恶性肿瘤被误诊为肉瘤，且集中审查策略可为法国国家健康保险节省成本。该数据集适用于肿瘤病理学、卫生经济学及临床决策优化等领域的研究。
