数据说明
本数据集是一项I期临床试验数据，旨在评估Inotuzumab Ozogamicin（InO）联合利妥昔单抗、吉西他滨、地塞米松和顺铂（R-GDP）方案在复发/难治性CD22+ B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者中的安全性、耐受性和初步疗效。数据来源于一项多阶段研究：第一部分（n=27）采用剂量递增方案确定最高耐受剂量；第二部分（n=10）验证安全性；第三部分（n=18）评估初步疗效。数据集包含55名患者的临床信息，涵盖人口统计学、治疗方案、不良事件（如血小板减少、中性粒细胞减少）和疗效指标（总体缓解率、完全/部分缓解）。主要研究方向为探索新型联合疗法在B细胞淋巴瘤（包括弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤、滤泡性淋巴瘤和套细胞淋巴瘤）中的临床应用，为后续临床试验提供参考。
