数据说明
目的：比较不同疾病活动度指标在评估早期和 established 类风湿关节炎（RA）患者功能、IL-6水平及影像学进展变化方面的能力。方法：对评估托珠单抗在 established RA 患者中疗效的临床试验（ACT-RAY）以及早期关节炎纵向前瞻性登记研究（PEARL）的二次数据分析。目标结局为身体功能变化（采用健康评估问卷（HAQ）测量）、血清IL-6水平及影像学进展。比较的疾病活动度指标包括“拉普林塞萨大学医院指数”（HUPI）、使用红细胞沉降率的DAS28以及SDAI。针对每个结局和指标拟合了校正年龄和性别的模型，并基于R2参数及独立模型准则下的准似然信息准则进行排序。结果：分析了来自ACT-RAY的8，090次访视（550例患者）和来自PEARL的775次访视（534例患者）的数据。对于HAQ，表现最佳的模型为HUPI（R2 = 0.351）和SDAI模型（R2 = 0.329）。对于血清IL-6水平，SDAI（R2 = 0.208）次之，HUPI模型（R2 = 0.205）紧随其后。
在ACT-RAY研究中，对于影像学进展，HUPI模型（R2 = 0.034）和DAS28模型（R2 = 0.026）表现最佳；而在PEARL研究中，则是DAS28模型（R2 = 0.030）和HUPI模型（R2 = 0.023）表现最优。结论：HUPI在识别HAQ变化和影像学进展方面优于其他指数，并且在血清IL-6水平方面与SDAI表现相似。
