源站原始描述：We investigated the aqueous humor proteome and associated plasma proteome in patients with infectious or noninfectious uveitis. AH and plasma were obtained from 28 patients with infectious uveitis (IU), 29 patients with noninfectious uveitis (NIU) and 35 healthy controls undergoing cataract surgery. 数据说明

该数据集研究了感染性和非感染性葡萄膜炎患者的房水蛋白质组及相关血浆蛋白质组。数据来源于28名感染性葡萄膜炎患者、29名非感染性葡萄膜炎患者以及35名接受白内障手术的健康对照者，采集了他们的房水和血浆样本。蛋白质谱分析采用SomaScan技术进行。结果显示，在感染性和非感染性葡萄膜炎患者的房水中，分别有1844和2484种蛋白质上调，124和161种蛋白质下调；在血浆中，非感染性葡萄膜炎患者有3种蛋白质上调，而感染性和非感染性葡萄膜炎患者分别有1种和5种蛋白质下调。通路富集分析表明，两组患者的结果主要与炎症和调控过程相关。该数据集揭示了房水和血浆中新的蛋白质生物标志物，并提供了可用于区分感染性和非感染性葡萄膜炎的蛋白质特征。
