源站原始描述：Abstract Sebaceous gland carcinoma (SGC) is the third most frequent malignant neoplasm in the eyelids. It usually affects elderly women and can simulate blepharitis or chalazion. Upper eyelid reconstruction is always challenging. The purpose of this is to report an unusual case of SGC in the upper eyelid of a young and male patient.
