数据说明
该数据集是一项基于德黑兰第13区全体居民的前瞻性人群队列研究，旨在探讨亚临床甲状腺疾病与血脂异常之间的关联。数据集包含了2383名甲状腺功能正常及亚临床甲状腺疾病参与者的长期随访数据，排除了服用左甲状腺素、抗甲状腺药物、糖皮质激素、有甲状腺手术或放射性碘治疗史以及孕妇。研究通过10年随访，收集了参与者的血脂参数（总胆固醇、甘油三酯等）和甲状腺功能检测结果，并采用广义估计方程进行多变量调整分析，以评估甲状腺状态对血脂趋势的影响。该数据集主要用于内分泌代谢疾病、心血管风险因素及亚临床甲状腺功能异常与血脂代谢关系的研究。
