源站原始描述：We analyzed the HLA-DRB1, HLA-DQA1 and HLA-DQB1 allelic groups in 206 retrospectively observed Czech patients who had been diagnosed with Graves'' disease according to hormonal profile (low/suppressed TSH with simultaneously elevated freeT4, freeT3, presence of thyrotropin receptor antibodies (TRAK)) as well as sonographic examination of the thyroid gland. 数据说明
该数据集收集了206名捷克格雷夫斯病（Graves’’ disease）患者的HLA基因（DRB1、DQA1、DQB1）等位基因与单倍型频率数据。数据来源于2017-2020年间在布拉格内分泌研究所门诊招募的患者，通过下一代测序（Illumina MiSeq平台）对HLA基因第2外显子进行扩增和分型，使用德国PentaGen/Protrans公司的认证试剂盒。数据集包含患者的HLA等位基因分组、单倍型频率及临床诊断信息（如TSH、游离T4/T3、促甲状腺激素受体抗体及甲状腺超声结果）。该数据集主要用于研究HLA基因多态性与格雷夫斯病易感性的关联，支持免疫遗传学、自身免疫甲状腺疾病机制及精准医疗方向的研究。
