数据说明
该数据集聚焦于病态肥胖患者接受减肥手术后的代谢变化研究。它包含了39名患者在手术前及术后1、3、6个月采集的血清样本，采用液相色谱和流动注射电喷雾串联质谱技术，定量分析了酰基肉碱、(溶血)磷脂酰胆碱、鞘磷脂、氨基酸、生物胺和己糖等多种代谢物。通过K均值聚类分析，研究人员首次揭示了独立于基线健康状况的全球代谢变化，并识别出两种不同的代谢表型。这些代谢类型在尿素代谢物、糖异生前体和磷脂颗粒水平上存在差异，且临床表现为胰岛素抵抗、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和尿酸水平的改善程度不同，这些改善与减重程度无关。该研究为理解减肥手术的代谢益处以及肥胖相关疾病的生物学机制提供了新的视角和假设。
