数据说明

目的：便秘是一种常见的动力障碍性疾病，虽然在总体人群中属于常见主诉，但在老年人群中尤为普遍。该人群数量的增长正对长期照护机构产生日益增长的需求。本研究旨在调查长期住宿照护机构老年居民中便秘的患病率及其相关因素。方法：研究纳入87名个体。从每位参与者收集的数据包括性别、每日水和纤维摄入量、体力活动、便秘家族史及营养状况。便秘的诊断依据罗马III标准。采用SPSS软件程序（18.0版）进行统计分析，显著性水平为5%（p≤0.05）。采用Student t检验、Mann-Whitney检验、Pearson卡方检验或Fischer精确检验。结果：样本以女性为主（80.5%），平均年龄79.4（±9.6）岁。观察到便秘患病率为42.52%。

在受影响人群中，该病症在以下人群中更为常见：女性（89.2%）、80岁以上者（67.6%）、不进行体育活动者（56.8%）、水和纤维摄入量低于推荐量者、有便秘家族史者，以及被诊断为营养正常者（56.3%）。在分析的因素中，仅年龄（p=0.049）和低纤维摄入（p=0.019）与便秘显著相关。结论：结果表明，便秘是一种多因素疾病，与年龄和低纤维摄入显著相关。
