数据说明
该数据集是一个用于评估下肢石膏固定后静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）风险的临床预测研究数据集。数据来源于三项大规模人群病例对照研究（MEGA研究、THE-VTE研究和米兰研究），包含患者的人口统计学信息、环境风险因素、遗传因素（如凝血因子水平等生物标志物）以及VTE发生情况。数据集主要用于开发和验证临床预测模型，包括包含32个预测因子的完整模型、包含11个预测因子的简化模型以及仅包含14个环境风险因素的临床模型，并最终转化为便于临床使用的L-TRiP(cast)风险评分。该数据集的主要研究方向为骨科术后血栓预防和个体化风险评估，旨在为临床医生提供血栓预防决策支持。
