数据说明
该数据集是一个医学研究数据集，旨在评估治疗性血浆置换（TPE）在伴有严重器官或系统受累的抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关性血管炎（AAV）患者中的预后意义和安全性。数据集包含2011年至2021年间诊断为AAV的患者的回顾性临床数据，这些患者基线估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR）≤ 50 mL/min/1.73m²或存在弥漫性肺泡出血（DAH）。研究通过两种倾向评分匹配（PSM）模型，将接受TPE的患者与其他患者进行比较，分析了6个月和12个月的缓解率、死亡率、eGFR改善、严重感染（SIs）和终末期肾病（ESRD）等指标。数据可用于评估TPE在AAV治疗中的长期疗效与风险，为临床决策提供循证依据。
